Performance Feature

1.It can weld round products with diameters ranging from φ100 to φ500mm, and oval products with sizes of 500mm×1050mm and heights of ≤1500mm.
2.The equipment is equipped with special galvanized sheet frequency welding power supply, and can complete a variety of seam welding (intermittent, continuous) form. It is mainly suitable for welding galvanized sheet material with thickness of 0.5~1.2mm and the thickest coating of 275g.
3.Man-machine interface control, welding parameters comprehensive digital display.
4.The equipment has debugging and formal welding gear conversion, with copper wire pointing and continuous wire walking function, in order to facilitate the operator in the equipment debugging and product specification replacement for free operation.
5.The welding machine has a fault point automatic analysis and analysis of the alarm function, and can be intuitively displayed in the man-machine interface, to facilitate the machine maintenance personnel to quickly and accurately judge, troubleshooting.
